EP-Karamell´s Terms of payment

Here are information about our terms of payment and purchase demands that apply when you buy/sell products from/to us.

How to purchase products from us.

By using our order forms you can easy get an quotation from us showing the product prices. Fill in an order form and send it to us and we will return a quotation to you. The quotation is not binding and it has normaly 1 month validity.

You are also able to call us and make your order directly on the phone or let us send you our standard orderlist by email.

Steps of purchase

1. Fill in the order form and send it to us.

2. We will give you a quotation.

3. After agreement; You either make a prepayment or use a bank warrenty.

4. We will send the products to you.

Delivery time.

Time of delivery depends on if the products are in our store house. Normally we have the products and then the delivery time is 1-4 work days from order(valid for Sweden and adjacent countries). If the products are on its way to us or we need to order them, then the delivery time is 1-2 weeks. Our aim is to contact you by phone or mail if it takes longer time. If you want a more precise information you are welcome to contact us.

A notification will be sent by e-mail when your delivery is on its way to you.

Product Prices

All our prices are shown without value-added tax, VAT

All our product prices are shown without any transportation cost that is being added separatly

The smallest order amount for a purchase from us are 5000 SEK (Swedish kronor) for the moment.

Freight

Delivery cost will be added separately.

We work active to lower the freight cost and to find the quickest route.

Price discount :

0,00% discount for an order less than 40.000 SEK

1,00% discount for an order between 40.000 SEK - 60.000 SEK

2,00% discount for an order between 60.001 SEK - 80.000 SEK

3,00% discount for an order from 80.001 SEK or more.

The price discount is valid for an order that fullfill the demands in the price discount table above.

We use EU pallets with the measurement: Width 0,8 m and Length 0,8 m. Normal packaging hight is approximatly 1,2 meter.

We only agree to advance payment or payments with bank warranty.

Notice! Do not forget to put the order number that is printed on the quotation!

Return of money to the customer:

-If the customer have tranfered the money to us and in the case of that no purchase will be done, we will tranfer the money back to the customer, but any bank transfer cost will be paid by the customer.

-If you have not recieved all your products after a purchase, we will give you a credit invoice for the ramaining credit. This credit may be used in your next purchase or we can return the credit money to you. Any bank tranfer cost will be paid by us in this case.

Law and dispute.

Purchases through EP-Karamell are based on the Swedish "Köplagen" (purchase law).
