EP-Karamell´s Terms of payment

Here are information about our terms of payment and purchase demands that apply when you buy/sell products from/to us.

 

How to purchase products from us.

Make your order on our homepage, or send us an email, or call us by phone or Skype. You can easy get an quotation from us showing the product prices. When we have processed your order we will return with a quotation to you. The quotation is not binding and it has normaly 1 month validity.

 

Through us you can buy other products than are showed at our homepage. If there are products that you cant find, please ask us and we will try to get them for you.

 

Steps of purchase

1. Send us your order.

2. We will give you a quotation.

3. After agreement; You either make a prepayment or use a bank warrenty.

4. We will send the products to you.

Delivery time. 

Time of delivery depends on if the products are in our store house. When we have recieved the payment it will take 1-3 working days to make the order ready for delivery. The transport time depends the destination. In Europe the transport time is 1-5 working days. If you want a more precise information you are welcome to contact us.

A notification will be sent by e-mail when your delivery is on its way to you.

Product Prices

All our prices are shown without value-added tax, VAT

All our product prices are shown without any transportation cost that is being added separatly

The smallest order amount for a purchase from us are 5000 SEK (Swedish kronor) for the moment.

Freight

Delivery cost will be added separately.

We work active to lower the freight cost and to find the quickest route.

 

Price discount :

General whole pallet discount

1 pallet = 12% discount (Valid for most of our candy and food products)

 

Premium customer discount

By products from us and you get a general discount.

500 000 SEK/Year gives you 4% general discount

1000 000 SEK/Year gives you 5% general discount.

1500 000 SEK/Year gives you 6% general discount.

2000 000 SEK/Year gives you 7% general discount.

2500 000 SEK/Year gives you 8% general discount.

 

New customer discount

Primary kick back: Find a new customer to us and you get 0,5% kick back discount on all purchases this new customer does.

Secondary kick back: If your customer finds new customer to us you will get 0,25% kick back discount also from them.

We will send you a credit anounsement every month by email. You can also ask us to find out your current credit amount.

Note: the "general whole pallet discount" and the "premium customer discount" can not be combined.

 

We use EU pallets with the measurement: Width 0,8 m and Length 0,8 m. Normal packaging hight is up to 2,4 meters. The packaging hight is depending on the transport.  

 

Payment methods

We only agree to advance payment or payments with bank warranty.

We will send you a pro forma invoice or a standard invoice to pay against.

Notice! Do not forget to write the invoice number that is printed on the invoice on the bank transfer! Then we know who has made the payment.

 

Return of money to the customer:

-If the customer have tranfered the money to us and in the case of that no purchase will be done, we will tranfer the money back to the customer, but any bank transfer cost will be paid by the customer.

 

-If you have not recieved all your products after a purchase, we will give you a credit invoice for the ramaining credit. This credit may be used in your next purchase or we can return the credit money to you. Any bank tranfer cost will be paid by us in this case. 

Law and dispute.

Purchases through EP-Karamell are based on the Swedish "Köplagen" (purchase law).

Company information

All company information that you give us and that we obtain will be treated and managed by EP-Karamell as just by the law. The company information that you give us will be used to secure delivery to you, credit examination, to give you special offers and to give you information about our assortment to you. The company information that you give us are only available for EP-Karamell and it’s intimate companies. You have rights to get information about the stored information that we have about your company. Through your acceptance of EP-Karamell´s purchase demands you have agreed to the written text above.
